What Taylor Likes Brunch - Mason & Dixie

What Taylor Likes invited our favorite bloggers to come network and brunch at Mason & Dixie. The ticket covered freshly baked food and hot drinks! Keep reading to learn more about this cafe and what you should order!

Mason & Dixie's chef, Chef Beth, has been a caterer, event planner, and florist for countless private and corporate events, which eventually led to the opening of Mason & Dixie. Her dedication to fresh, seasonal food and relentless attention to detail is the platform for her success. Mason & Dixie is an opportunity to make a connection with every client/customer and change the way they experience.

Beth counts Julia Child, Ina Garten, and Martha Stewart among her strongest influences. Combining Child’s classic techniques and confidence, Garten’s simple, bold flavors and natural ingredients and Stewart’s versatility and attention to detail.

Food

For our brunch we had assorted muffins, fresh fruit spread, tomato basil soup, broccoli soup, chicken salad sandwich, egg salad sandwich and mixed green salad!

Our favorite dish was the vegan mixed green salad.

The salad was made of organic spring mix, mixed greens, almonds, toasted pistachios, roasted shaved brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze. Sounds simple, but it was the best vegan salad we have ever had.

Other guests raved about the lattes and soup. They were a big hit!

Tablescape

Our table for the What Taylor Likes event was decorated by Annette Mosley, my mom! She has major interior decorating skills. Check out her Instagram account for home decor, tips and more.

The table looked absolutely amazing. The flowers were from Sprouts. We manage to grab a vast array of flowers that were on sale.

We recommend this cute cafe without a doubt! Would you eat here?! Let us know in the comments below.

Until Next Time,

Tay

The grown up grilled cheese and brisket grilled cheese are amazing sandwiches. The bourbon bread pudding is the most decadent dessert I have ever eaten. Love this place.
