Getting Touristy in My City: Exploring Dallas with Marie

Howdy Y'all - I'm just kidding. No one in Dallas says HOWDY anymore!

Earlier this month my BFF from LA came to the dirty ole South to visit me here in Dallas. Yes, this is the same college friend I went to visit in March. What can I say? We are planing bimonthly trips to see each since we do not share a locker room anymore.

Anyways, while she was in town I wrote up an itinerary of quintessential Texas thangs to see, eat, and drink! There were a lot of Tex Mex and cocktails penciled in our "Texas-sized" schedule . I even managed to buy tickets to watch the USA Men's Volleyball team play Russia at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center in Downtown Dallas. A partial list of our activities are listed below.
